Very often you ask your child to do something, (s)he just says NO. Feel frustrated? But if you make it fun by adding some silly extras, you’ll get your child to do what you want.

Instead of saying “Eat Your Vitamin!”, say “I need you to hold your ear, wiggle your feet and eat this vitamin”.

Don’t just say “take this bowl to the kitchen.” It’s much more fun to “Wear this silly hat and take this bowl into the kitchen.”

It’s very clever and easy. I think it will work for those kids at younger age. Try this approach and let me know if it works for your child.
