How To Bake a Potato With Crispy Skin

Do you want to bake some soft and tasty potatoes with golden, crispy brown skins? It’s yummy and good for both your child and yourself.

Over at howtobakeapotato.com, a post shows you how-to steps with pictures. Have some Russet potatoes (the most popular for baking) ready - not so sure if any other kinds of potatoes will have the same effect. Mix olive or canola oil and salt together in a shallow bowl. After cleaning all the potatoes, stab each potato with a fork a few times. Lightly dab each potato in the oil and then use your hands to spread the dab around the entire spud. Then pop them in the oven preheated at 350°F for 1 hour or so. There you go!
