I have a question or actually looking for help. My step son is 12 years old, I have known him since he was 8. For some reason he still goes in his pants. I have spent thousands of dollars taking him to specialist whom first said he use to hold it for so long he ruinned the muscles. After months or training and work they built them up to work correctly. Then it was a mental issue, which after a year of that I was todl he would be fine. Although he still does it. No matter what I try, punishment, embarassment etc.. he still does it. I have a feeling in a odd way he enjoys it, he stashes his underwear around his room, leaving a awful smell, which he seems not care about. I need help, my wife takes a what can i do approach to it, although I am fed up with it and now that I have a 17 month old I am afraid the droppings the teenager leaves around may harm my younger son soon.
