I think that TV is bad for people, I use to watch television quite often. Now i’m afraid of being raped whenever I’m out of my house. From watching TV shows. I always think that people wearing certain things, or the way people look like they’re bad people. TV isn’t a good thing for children. Your children will think that what they see on TV such as advertisments for drugs, alcohol, etc are things you’re suppose to be doing. I’d so much rather pick up a book then watch television. I’m only 12 years old, And I think that people should stop letting their children watch so much Tv, and make them exersice, be physically and verbally active. In good ways… This is MY opinion, help support me.

I think it’s so important to preserve our children’s innocence and keep them away from so much ugliness found in the news today. I think it’s important for them to know that there are certain aspects of the world to be careful of, but they don’t need to be bombarded by it on the news. It’s the job of the parent to make them aware of situations that can cause them harm. I do agree that whatever is exposed to a child should absolutely be age-appropriate.
