		<description>Sounds great and I'm sure is good advice.  The trouble is trying to give each one individual attention when they are fighting will lead to "Me first!"  "It's not fair that she gets to spend time with you first" etc...
Wouldn't showing them that this time of negative attention-getting, is not effective, be a better solution?  I'm not being sarcastic, I honestly asking.</description>
