Not strictly true: I spend most of my day in front of a computer hammering the keys in front of me! There's definitely too much TV these days, and when I come home knackered after a hard day's work, it's all too easy to veg out in front of the telly, flicking between comedy shows and music channels. I'll take the timing of your post as a warning from the universe to get my arse off the sofa and get more exercise (and take the kiddies with me)! Thanks! There’s definitely too much TV these days, and when I come home knackered after a hard day’s work, it’s all too easy to veg out in front of the telly, flicking between comedy shows and music channels.
