Grilled Salmon With Soy Ginger
My son and I love eating salmon very much. Salmon contains Omega-3 fatty acids that benefit the heart of healthy people. Experts say that heart disease, which is linked with obesity that can begin in early childhood. So salmon is also good to children’s health.
Sometimes we eat raw if I can buy a whole fresh salmon, otherwise I cook salmon in sort of Oriental style, very special, like this one over at Recipezaar.com.
Simply use soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger, garlic, sherry wine vinegar, chili powder, cayenne pepper to marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes. Then grill them. It tasts wonderful.
