How to Keep Your Child Healthy During Flu Outbreaks
Flu outbreaks among children at school are a major concern, said Kimberly Keith.
Here are the tips for parents to keep our children safe and healthy during flu spreads at school:
1. Teach them to develop the habit of hand washing as hands spread colds and flu frequently.
2. Keep antibacterial wipes for use in handy place.
3. Don’t send your sick child to school to spread the virus.
4. Take your child to the doctor at the first sign of flu to begin treatment within the recommended first 48 hours.
As from my own experience, have my children intake enough vitamin C (500mg) everyday, they won’t easily be infected. Of course, good nutrition, plenty of rest, exercise, and reducing stress are the ways to strengthen the health condition of your family.
