Teaching Kids the Concept of Time
Young kids cannot follow some routines simply because of lacking the concept of time. I found a free, well-designed website, Time-for-time.com on which kids would enjoy lots of interactive online games and quizzes about time. I like the info page about types of clocks: Sun Clocks, Water Clocks, Mechanical Clocks, Quartz Clocks, Atomic Clocks and the time zone map.
I found it is helpful for parents, although it is designed for teachers and students originally. Go for it to see if it helps your kid develop the concept of time.
