Baby Sleep CD with Mother’s Heartbeat Sound
Michelle at Old Town gave this remark of Slumber Sounds – baby sleep CD with mother’s heartbeat sound, “My son listens to it every night. Now it is such a routine that within 7 minutes he is out like a light.”
I checked the info over at the website and found the product has a good idea of using different instruments to make sweet music to put a fussy baby to sleep. It plays three separate tracks at once, comforting a baby with mother’s heartbeat sound and traditional baby themes – Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star and other nursery melodies.
When bedtime comes, put your baby in his crib, just pop the CD into a player – low volume - and watch your little one drift into peaceful sleep. Thanks, Michelle.

An alternative to CDs is a sound machine. Someone gave us a Homedics sound machine that has 6 sounds (including a heartbeat) and we turn that on when it’s naptime or bedtime. Our little one knows that it is time to go to bed and can sleep anywhere. We have used it when we traveled and he didn’t have a problem falling to sleep in a strange place. The sound machine is nice bacause it is battery or plug powered, is lightweight and easy to pack.
