		<description>Parenting is hard but rewarding work, I agree! What I found the most exhausting is you having to retrain yourself. At work, you had a team, or was part of one, either way the load was shared by many. The first year as a first time mom, I had to be every role in a company of one and sometimes two. It was a mind bending challenge, without your village to help you along. Now 8 months later I can proudly say I have it all working well, that is until number 2....</description>
