These are really good tips. Sometimes it is easy to forget that staying at home is a full time job. To help my stress level, I have designated one major chore per each day of the week, leaving the weekend free for family time. Here's how I divide my week:

Monday - laundry.
Tuesday - bills and grocery shopping.
Wednesday - plan for the class I teach at night.
Thursday - clean the downstairs.
Friday - clean the upstairs.

Nap times work well for getting things done most of the time, but not always. I do have one rule: if the chore doesn't get done for the day (or by the end of the week), it waits until the next week. Letting things go has helped to reduce stress levels tremendously.

Good luck with making your days stress free!
