Many mothers have to take care of their children 24 hours a day and 7 days a week as a result of feeling stressed out. How do stressed mothers relax, re-energize, and avoid burnout? Over at msn.com there is a list of top 10 “indulgences” experimented by readers on how to re-energize themselves:
