		<description>If you have a potato that's sprouting, simply cut out the area around the sprout.  Only the sprout itself has any toxins in it - and you'd have to eat a lot of potato sprouts to get sick.

I grew up in Idaho, the US "potato capital" and honestly, I must have cut sprouts off of millions of potatoes by now.</description>
